League Street Staffing is actively looking to hire a Bilingual Industrial Staffing Recruiter here in our Piedmont office!

JOB SUMMARY:

Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the full-cycle recruitment process for external and internal candidates in a wide variety of positions throughout the organization. This is a hands-on role responsible for direct candidate recruiting, as well as developing and implementing sourcing strategies that lead to the achievement of business objectives. This position requires moderate knowledge in recruiting techniques, knowledge about trades, great communication skills, and ability to be computer savvy.

JOB DUTIES- THE DUTIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

· Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates

· Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media

· Source and contact passive candidates online (via Zip recruiter)

· Network with candidates offline during job fairs

· Screen resumes and job applications

· Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires

· Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)

· Prepare candidates before interviews with clients

· Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities

· Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations

· Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Documentation of at least two professional, educational, or personal references that attest to the person’s capability of performing the duties of the position
• Bilingual- Fluent in Spanish
• Must be willing to preform a Drug Screening and Background Check
• Must be team oriented and work well in a group setting

SKILLS:

• Experience handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously and setting priorities

• Strong writing and grammatical skills, ability to write clearly and concisely

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a professional environment

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday some overtime may be required
• Needs to have reliable transportation

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

• Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
