    Our client, a leading medical equipment manufacturer, is seeking a results-oriented Lean Manufacturing Manager with expertise in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence through Lean tools and methodologies.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Lean transformation initiatives across multiple production facilities, partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and create a culture of sustainable operational improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices across all production areas and plant locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping sessions, 5S programs, and other Lean tools to achieve measurable improvements in key performance metrics.
    • Train, mentor, and coach employees and leadership at all levels in Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies.
    • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline operations.
    • Lead high-impact continuous improvement projects that align with plant KPIs and broader strategic initiatives.
    • Develop, track, and report on Lean performance metrics to monitor progress and drive accountability.
    • Act as a change agent to promote a Lean culture of employee engagement, ownership, and performance excellence.
    • Support advanced initiatives such as factory layout optimization, automation, and digital transformation as part of the Lean journey.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years focused on Lean implementation in a leadership or facilitation role.
    • Proven success leading Lean transformation projects with quantifiable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
    • Deep working knowledge of Lean tools such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM, Standard Work, and A3 Problem Solving.
    • Strong analytical, project management, and process improvement skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
    • Results-driven and self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability in achieving goals.
    • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) strongly preferred.

    Salary: $150K
