Job Description

This is an opportunity to represent a family-owned company (and industry leader) as an independent sales representative. Pay is performance-based, straight commission. Top industry commission rates paid out monthly based upon shipments.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has to experience in handling and building a commission-based book of business
• Has experience building relationships
• Has the ability to build rapport quickly
• Has some knowledge of marketing in stores and the build-up of planograms
• Has no problem building relationships with potential customers

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Call on and service existing established retail stores within assigned territory.
• Open new accounts
• Grow business territory.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Must be goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success
• Passion for people and developing sales relationships
• Have or create a separate email to use
• Own cell phone, iPad, and reliable transportation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
