LEAP has a practice focused on supporting the digital leaders and their transformation activities across the broad spectrum of regulated human diagnostic laboratories across the United States. Our laboratory clients and our LIMS vendor partners rely on us to support them at the forefront of their fields of clinical and research across oncology, rare disorders, risk screening, and multi-omics precision medicine.

Leap is scaling our LIMS Consulting team and looking for folks who want an opportunity to help clinical and research labs reimagine their lab workflow for digital, automate, and integrate their specimen handling, bioinformatics, and patient reporting workflows.

LEAP is Seeking:

• laboratorians
• bioinformaticists
• med techs
• lab experienced IT folks
• biology majors with exposure to labs who have software experience

These are 'mostly' remote positions occasionally visiting clients and/or our NJ offices.

Additional Information

• BA/BS Required
• Be comfortable communicating in-person, by phone, over video, as well as collaboration chat tools such as Slack
• Be a self-starting independent team player who is both professional and kind to colleagues and customers
• Be tech savvy and ideally consider yourself 'fairly technical'
