Job Description

We are looking to add a full-time Marketing Associate to our team. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate marketing and advertising team on specific campaigns to promote them effectively to ensure maximum client retention
• Provide strategic input and feedback on marketing initiatives
• Conduct marketing research to improve branding opportunities for the target audience
• Brainstorm and pitch new ideas for marketing strategies
• Act as a liaison for the flow of information between marketing, accounting, production, product development, and logistics departments

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field required 
• Prior experience as a marketing associate or experience in a related field is a plus (Internship experience is okay!)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills
