Responsibilities
•Cut& shoulders, breasts and& wings to remove bones, feathers and other unwanted material
• Load product into packaging trays& to prep them for shipping
• Maintain high quality performance in all responsibilities as required by company and USDA policy& guidelines
• Meet safety requirements while& complying with all policies or regulations set forth by company and USDA policy guidelines
• Rotate positions as needed to perform any other related duties & Qualifications
•Previous production experience is a plus
• Ability to use& knives& and& scissors to complete work assignments

• Capable of bending, twisting, standing, turning and lifting up to 50lbs consistently

• Comfortable working in very cold and humid environments

• Flexible schedule to accommodate shift rotations& or overtime

• Reliable transportation
