Leapros Skilled Trades is hiring for a part-time Accounts Receivable clerk. As a trusted partner in the construction industry, we connect top talent with top companies across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain receivable databases and spreadsheets and update information as needed
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Collect payments from customers and accurately record them in the system
• Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Answering incoming calls
• Greet any clients or visitors coming into the office

Qualifications:

• Must have QuickBooks experience
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong written and oral communication
• Keen attention to detail
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Job Type: Contract with potential for permanent placement
Schedule: 2-3 days per week; 8am to 4pm
Pay: $30 to $35 per hour, DOE

Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the available hourly pay scale for this position is $30 to $35 per hour. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
