    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Implementation Coach to join our team. The Program Implementation Coach will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized programming to our clients, as well as providing training and support to life coaches.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the client, their family, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive programming tailored to the individual's unique needs and goals.

    Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform program development and monitor progress.

    Provide ongoing training and support to life coaches to ensure consistent implementation of programming and interventions.

    Conduct regular observations and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of programming and make necessary adjustments.

    Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic support for the client.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and interventions.

    Qualifications:

    Master's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with diverse abilities, preferably in a coaching or mentoring capacity.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equity in all aspects of service delivery.
