ACCOUNT INSTALLATION SPECIALIST – TOWSON, MD

THE ROLE:

Part of our team, you will be involved with the installation of new and renewing administered cases to include group demographics, benefits, rates, benefit calculations, business rules and enrollment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurate entry of case into BenefitMall’s system to ensure efficient carrier transmission, employer billing, and benefit utilization.
  • Process enrollment for new and renewing cases in all systems in accordance with group paperwork as well as carrier guidelines.
  • Notify Quality Assurance that the case is complete and ready to be quality checked
  • Notify New Business department that case is ready for servicing
  • Move cases to a billing division in IBAS when the case and related quality assurance has been completed and bill can be generated.
• Data enter the set-up of COBRA Administration on a group level.
• Actively participate in departmental and team meetings and apply gained knowledge to day-to-day processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years Data Entry experience
• Exposure to the health insurance industry preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook

The Design Quality Control (DQC) Manager must be a member of the QC organization, must coordinate actions with the QC Manager, and shall not be subordinate to the Project Superintendent or the Project Manager.
