    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies and procedures employed at the local office to deliver a first class office experience for internal and external clients of the firm. You will engage in a variety of office suite management functions including, but not limited to: facilities, conference center, space management, food & beverage, vendor relations, and first class client service delivery standards.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Partner with office administration to deliver a top quality, client-focused in-office and virtual working experience.
    • Manage dynamic utilization of collaboration spaces, shared seating, assigned seating, amenity spaces, and all other spaces.
    • Foster relations with office building management personnel and vendors.
    • Influence and direct first class client service delivery by department staff and applicable vendors. Drive one-stop resolution for internal and external client inquiries.
    • Lead the commitment to enriching the physical workplace with a focus on office aesthetic, high level of cleanliness, tidiness, and appearance standards.
    • Direct the planning and day-to-day operation of the conference center, and office-wide events.
    • Serve as a leader and team member, promoting effective and collaborative work practices, exhibiting high professional and ethical standards, and building strong and accountable relations throughout the local office and across the firm.
    • Manage time and attendance, counselling, scheduling, performance and development of department staff.
    • Develop and manage budget and expense requirements for the department, monitoring variances and forecasts.

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • A Bachelor’s degree (required).
    • A minimum of five (7) years of hospitality or customer service management (required).
    • Hotel management, facility/office management, law firm, or corporate environment experience
    • The ability to work a flexible schedule; evenings and occasional weekend shifts will be required.
