The Contract Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing and uploading contracts in support of four Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing teams via a web-based Contract Management Repository.  Assist in developing reporting to track the expiration of agreements with suppliers and provide recommendations to the Sourcing teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage Non-Disclosure Agreement request process
• Contract language knowledge and ability to input metadata into Contracts Management Repository
• Cleanse and validate existing contractual agreements within the Contracts Management Repository
• Create new suppliers, signatories and contracts while ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Closely collaborate with Sourcing Teams throughout supplier contracting process

This person will be cleaning up and adding consistency for new contractual agreements.

Requirements:

1. 2-4 years Supply Chain (in an office environment) or Contracts’ Management experience
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3. Must have proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office applications required (Level: basic to intermediate)
4. Familiarity with contractual language: termination clauses, Parent-Child mapping, etc.
5. Understanding of web-based tools, i.e. GEP (will imput info in GEP and validate it - very admin but needs to have contract knowledge)*
6. Excellent professional, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
7. Experience in Telecommunications Industry desired
8. Strong Attention to detail
9. Must be self-motivated and drive results
