RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accomplish tasks through the use of software programs/databases to include, but are not limited to: Microsoft Windows (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Internet Explorer, Contracting Writing System (ConWrite), FedBizOpps, Electronic Document Access (EDA), Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation (FPDS-NG), and AF Data Services. May be required to learn to use other commercial or specialized computer applications.
- Shall be subject to compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR Supplement (DFARS), Air Force FAR Supplements (AFFARS), Mandatory Procedures (MP), Informational Guidance (IG), as well as other applicable documents and regulations, systems, and guides, as required.
- Provide administrative assistance to the CO with the following tasks:
Preparing contracts and modifications
Distributing contract documentation
Providing database support and computer applications
Collecting data for audit and/or report requests
Coordinating with other Government agencies
Coordinating with Defense Financial Accounting System (DFAS)
Creating, retrieving, and requesting contracting reports
Producing copies of acquisition documentation
Preparing source selection materials and
Tracking contract milestones

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma with 13 years of functional area experience OR
- Associates degree with 10 years of functional area experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of functional area experience OR
- Master’s degree with 7 years of functional area experience
- MUST have ConWrite experience
- US Citizenship required. Candidate must be able to pass a Special Agent Check (SAC) prior to hire date. In addition, candidate must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
