LearnWell is specialized and dedicated to supporting the 49% of all students who may be struggling with an underlying mental health condition—such as depression, anxiety or other mood disorders—which often manifest in self-destructive behavior, substance use, and eating disorders. In partnership with treatment facilities and school districts, we provide an integrated set of academic and mental wellness services for students and their families throughout the continuum of care.

We are hiring a Student Services Coordinator to manage and ensure that all paperwork is entered and completed thoroughly for each of our students within our CRM. This role will entail data entry and data management tasks as well as coordination with school district personnel via email and phone.

This role is a very independent position with a high level of accountability. There is a ton of room for growth and the opportunity to get involved with other projects as our company continues to rapidly expand. Top candidates must have proven proficiency with technology, excellent customer service skills, and great attention to detail. THIS ROLE CAN BE DONE 100% REMOTELY AT THIS TIME. Training may entail some hours within our Plymouth corporate office, but at this time all of our corporate employees are remote until further notice. All technology and training needed for the role will be provided.

This position entails a 40 hour a week commitment, 8:00am-4:30pm- Monday through Friday. The starting pay for this role is $16/hr.
