    ABOUT THE TEAM

    LearnWell has a teaching operations team that is small but mighty. As our company continues to grow, our operational team works collectively to ensure that all teachers are supported and on a path for growth and success. They are also responsible for client relationship management, customer support, curriculum development, and overall financial performance for their respective hospital locations.     ABOUT THE ROLE

    LearnWell is looking for an energetic and metric-driven Associate Manager to oversee the teaching operations of approximately 10-15 hospital locations. The ideal candidate for this role will maintain an uncompromising commitment to operational excellence and execution.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Daily communication to reporting teachers (written, phone, and live communication)
    • Analysis and auditing of teacher performance, providing respective feedback, and assisting with their professional development plans
    • Working collaboratively with the HR team to ensure consistent staffing for all hospital locations
    • Weekly communication and client relationship management with hospital partners
    • Financial analysis of each account and thinking creatively to achieve company goals

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Must be willing to travel (details below)
    • Management experience a plus
    • Teaching certification a plus
    • Proven professionalism with communication, both written and verbal
    • Must perform well under pressure, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks at the same time with strong attention to detail

    This is a salaried position, Monday-Friday, 12 months of the year. The role is responsible for 10-15 hospital locations throughout the Boston and North Shore area. The radius spanning from  Cambridge up to the northern most site being in Lewiston, Maine. 75% travel throughout the work week, with the locations rotating depending on need. We offer a very generous package of paid time off including vacation time, sick time, and federal holidays.
