    IMPLEMENTATION SUCCESS FACILITATOR - LOS ANGELES

    Are you an educational change-maker looking to join an education innovator that unlocks student potential?

    Learning Ally offers a unique set of products and services to support literacy instruction, struggling learners, and educators for Pre-K through 12th grade. The Implementation Success Facilitator is responsible for training, coaching, and implementation support for schools within a school district participating in a Learning Ally implementation project.

    Reporting to the Senior Implementation Success Manager, this experienced educator will be local to the district to provide full-time in-person/virtual services and support to personally contribute to the success of the program at every participating school site.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver product training and, potentially, other professional learning delivery for all participating educators
    • Visit schools to provide Q&A sessions, coaching, data reviews, and support to the building Literacy Success Team
    • Provide technical support with digital components of the solution
    • Report to monthly data review meetings with the Project Lead
    • Track progress toward implementation goals with school leaders and providing meaningful recommendations to improve outcomes
    • Coach teachers and school leaders based on progress toward goals and progression along an implementation continuum
    • Assure program fidelity at all of the participating schools

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of classroom teaching experience

    • Demonstrated success in supporting teachers through a change process and implementation of new programs

    • Proficient facilitating adult learning workshops and activities

    • Experience with data-driven coaching with colleagues

    • Excellent time, priority and project management skills

    • Capability to initiate and build long lasting professional relationships

    • Role requires location in, or in close proximity to, Los Angeles, California

    • Bachelor's Degree in teaching.  Literacy experience preferred.
