    Job Description

    ATPCO is looking for a Learning Architect Intern to support the design and development of engaging learning experiences for both internal teams and external customers. This is a great opportunity for students interested in instructional design, learning technology, training development, or knowledge sharing.

    In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience creating digital and instructor-led learning materials while collaborating with trainers and Subject Matter Experts across the organization.

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist in creating digital training materials related to ATPCO products, services, and internal initiatives

    • Support the development of instructor-led training programs

    • Help design audio, visual, and interactive learning content

    • Assist with maintaining online help content and user documentation

    • Support training-related questions around product usage and technology

    • Contribute to improving existing training content

    What You’ll Learn

    • Instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles

    • How enterprise training programs are developed and delivered

    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts

    • Practical experience with learning tools and content platforms

    • Best practices for creating clear, engaging learning materials

    Who You Are

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Communications, HR, or a related field

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Interest in learning, training, or content development

    • Familiarity with presentation, video, or e-learning tools is a plus. Our primary tools include Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Rise 360, and Storyline.

    • Eager to learn, collaborate, and take feedback
