Job Description
ATPCO is looking for a Learning Architect Intern to support the design and development of engaging learning experiences for both internal teams and external customers. This is a great opportunity for students interested in instructional design, learning technology, training development, or knowledge sharing.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience creating digital and instructor-led learning materials while collaborating with trainers and Subject Matter Experts across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Assist in creating digital training materials related to ATPCO products, services, and internal initiatives
Support the development of instructor-led training programs
Help design audio, visual, and interactive learning content
Assist with maintaining online help content and user documentation
Support training-related questions around product usage and technology
Contribute to improving existing training content

Instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles
How enterprise training programs are developed and delivered
Collaboration with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts
Practical experience with learning tools and content platforms
Best practices for creating clear, engaging learning materials
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Communications, HR, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in learning, training, or content development
Familiarity with presentation, video, or e-learning tools is a plus. Our primary tools include Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Rise 360, and Storyline.
