As a Learning & Client Solutions Specialist, you will support both internal SFW talent initiatives and external Chief Learning Office client engagements, facilitating learning experiences, developing practical resources, and helping leaders and teams move important work forward.

We are seeking a Learning & Client Solutions Specialist to join our team to:
__Facilitate and co-facilitate workshops, learning sessions, client meetings, and internal programs as part of the broader project team.
Design and develop training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, participant resources, tools, templates, and follow-up materials.
Support leadership development, career pathing, succession planning, team development, and other development initiatives.
Organize information from meetings, interviews, surveys, feedback, and client conversations into clear summaries, themes, and usable recommendations.
Help bring structure to new and evolving projects by organizing details, tracking progress, clarifying next steps, and keeping work aligned with the intended outcome.
Support internal SFW talent and operational initiatives, including development, training, communication, process documentation, and rollout support.
