Our client is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist in the Bedford ,Texas to join its team. The ideal candidate will lead the coordination and delivery of impactful learning programs from new hire onboarding to upskilling, career development, and succession planning. You’ll facilitate engaging inperson and virtual training, provide targeted coaching, and support departmentspecific learning needs. You’ll also assess organizational learning gaps, design instructional content, and develop multimedia materials using modern adult learning methods. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll evaluate programs, recommend enhancements, and ensure learning experiences are effective, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements :

• 3 plus years of experience designing and delivering learning programs
• Proficiency in content development tools and course development including performance based and audio/video software
• Strong understanding of instructional design theories and models ,research skills , and data assessment
• Advanced computer skills (e.g., learning tools, MS Office, video and audio conferencing, SharePoint, LMS, Adobe, Articulate, Camtasia)
• Advanced technologies (e.g., electronic quizzing/polling, creating videos)
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, meeting established deadlines

Hours : Monday - Friday , 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
