Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in instructional design or related areas are a plus.
- Situational Leadership Certified is a plus!
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in facilitation and program management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
