  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Design:

    • Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements.
    • Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids.

    Deliver:

    • Actively engage in self-study and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to rapidly gain proficiency in the content and subject matter you will be facilitating.
    • Set up and manage logistics for training sessions, ensuring all materials, technology (e.g., virtual platforms, projectors), and resources are prepared and functional.
    • Lead and facilitate engaging virtual, blended and live learning experiences for individual contributors and people leaders.
    • Create a participatory and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active engagement and knowledge retention.

    Monitor:

    • Monitors the effectiveness of training on employees using individual or group performance results.
    • Collects feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements to content and presentation.
    • Regularly conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning programs, using data-driven insights to make data-backed decisions.
    • Observe senior L&D professionals and actively seek feedback to continuously enhance your facilitation and development skills.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in instructional design or related areas are a plus.
    • Situational Leadership Certified is a plus!
    • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in facilitation and program management.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

    Security Responsibilities:

    • Operating in alignment with policies and standards
    • Ensuring acquisition and procurement follows security standards
    • Promoting and supporting alignment with security standards for all areas of responsibility
    • Reporting Security Incidents
    • Completing assigned training
    • Protecting assigned organizational assets
