    Job Description

    As a Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll shape how our people grow - designing, delivering, and driving
    programs that elevate skills and strengthen culture. You thrive on building experiences that stick, combining
    creativity with structure to make learning meaningful. You’ll own, optimize, and expand our development
    programs to meet the evolving needs of the business.

    You’ll play a pivotal role in unlocking potential across the organization -not just facilitating trainings, but
    defining how learning happens here. As a partner to leaders and teams, you’ll champion growth from
    onboarding through advanced development. Whether it’s interactive workshops, digital learning experiences,
    or hands-on facilitation, your expertise will ensure every program delivers what it promises - engagement,
    impact, and lasting results.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan, launch, and oversee learning programs across the organization, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business goals.
    • Develop engaging learning content, resources, and materials in various formats (e.g., workshops, checklists, guides).
    • Lead training sessions, workshops, and group discussions to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
    • Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and data, recommending improvements where needed.
    • Partner with managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and co-create solutions.
    • Stay current on L&D methodologies, tools, and trends to enhance employee development opportunities continually.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2–5+ years of professional experience in Learning & Development in a corporate setting
    • Demonstrated experience in managing learning programs, designing learning content, and facilitating trainings
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
    • Knowledge of learning experience design (LXD) methodologies
    • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
