Job Summary: The Teaching and Learning Lab (TLL), supports and develops innovative and effective approaches, across modalities, to teaching and learning at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The successful candidate will be passionate about exploring new technologies, solving complex problems, and using technologies in support of our strategic commitment to deliver high-quality educational experiences that transform lives across diverse communities of students.

Microsoft Office applications, Canvas, Canvas LTIs, CidiLabs, Harvard LXP, Enterprise Applications software, established and emerging tools for communication, collaboration, and presentation. Visual Studio Code, Python, JavaScript, git. Langchain, Microsoft Autogen, ChromaDB, Linux, llama.cpp / Ollama, Postman, Open AI / Amazon Bedrock’s APIs, Microsoft Power BI, Chainlit, multiple NLP tools for quantitative text analysis.

Work Format Details
This is a position that is based at a Harvard campus location with some remote work options available. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
