Our amazing team of behavior analyst, marriage and family therapist and registered behavior technician is searching for a board certified behavior analyst to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be BCBA certified and in good standing with the BACB. Must have experience in supervising ABA programs in the home, school or agency settings. Must be open to participating in ongoing personal and professional development. Must have a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced and fun environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Provide high quality ABA services to families and children diagnosed with ASD, ADD, ADHD, speech and language delay, etc. Daily tasks include assessments, designing treatment plans, staff training, parent training, meeting and collaborating with other professionals, conducting clinical meetings, etc. Provide interactive and lecture based parent training (in 1:1 and monthly group structure). Our motto is to make it easy, doable and fun! Provide interactive and lecture based staff training. Participate in daily and quarterly staff evaluation and performance feedback sessions. Must have a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced and fun environment.

LOCATION: We provide therapy at home, school, and at our center in Tarzana!

HOURS: Flexible schedules; can change with caseload build up.
