We have an internal development team that develops, maintains, and continuously improves our automation.

    Opportunity Description

    We are seeking a learning and development professional experienced with developing role-based education paths with supporting content and assessment measures. NCG develops a wide range of information content delivered through person-to-person and automated channels. Client demand for more individualize up-skilling support is leading us to develop novel approaches using wide range of technology tools and delivery to augment traditional methods across the full life cycle of learning: education, training, reinforcement, and building higher-level capabilities.

    In addition to client engagements, NCG has active pro bono activities with universities and high schools focused on data, technology, security, and responsibility. To further support these efforts, we are looking to expand our current instructional content and develop more interactive and progressive development capabilities.

    This position will drive content development, delivery mechanisms, and delivery roadmaps by working with our professional services and technical teams to curate materials and design and implement delivery capabilities. Delivery capabilities will span in-person methods to a range of technology and interactive functions to include the use of AI, applications, and our proprietary UI software.

    A successful candidate will be a key part of our dynamic team of Management and Technology advisors and consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is adept at developing educational and training approaches and content and is looking for opportunities to explore and deliver new engagement approaches to develop and continuously improve professional skills and capabilities.

    Role Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing professional development content and delivery methods supporting learning and skill development for a range of learner backgrounds and starting points. The candidate will be comfortable with business processes and technology subject areas and able to engagement with NCG subject matter experts Team Members to support client deliverables. Specific areas of responsibility are:

    Develop role-based curriculum paths for professional skill development

    Develop educational, training, reinforcement, and up-skilling content

    Develop assessment measures and metrics

    Develop micro and distance learning frameworks to support up front skill development activities

    Develop original content based on source materials and dialogue with other NCG Team Members and client engagement

    Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze technical information to support content development and editing

    Design and implement learning delivery mechanisms through NCG’s technology platforms collaboratively with NCG subject matter experts

    Measure and track key metrics to determine the success of training and staff education

    Qualifications Sought

    This role requires a self-starter who has experience with development of strategic learning approaches for a range of learner starting points in business process and technology subject areas. This role requires the ability to understand a range of technical and business topics and develop educational and training materials to engage and support professional skill development and progression. This role requires experience in developing training and delivery methods that work together to meet leaning objectives.

    Specifically, this role requires the following:

    Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Communications, or related field

    3+ years' direct experience:

    Developing curriculum and educational material

    Facilitating training and management of educational content delivery

    Utilizing different delivery technologies

    Ability to breakdown complex concepts into educational and training components and organize them into progressively development sequences

    Passion and ability to generate create new approaches to training and delivery

    Personal project and task management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts

    Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

    Ability to self-direct and work independently any work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
