    About the Role

    The Learning and Development Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Quintessa Marketing. The role will take on a broad range of responsibilities including consulting, driving engagement in all L&D initiatives, program management, change management, and facilitation. The L&D Leader serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders on various learning and capability development matters including new employee onboarding, talent management,

    Leveraging your expertise as a subject matter expert with a demonstrated track record in Learning and Development within mid-size commercial organizations, you will facilitate training and provide consultation, lead program planning and development, foster collaboration with stakeholders and employees, analyze program success through metrics, review content, oversee program execution, and offer coaching support.

    Requirements and Responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing sales team members.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop relevant curriculum.
    • Utilize various training methodologies including LMS content creation, classroom training, workshops, role-playing exercises, and on-the-job training.
    • Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, guides, and videos to support training initiatives.
    • Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to management based on training outcomes.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 4+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management.
    • 2+ years experience in L&D, particularly in sales training preferably in a corporate setting.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.
    • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
    • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for sales training and development.
    • Ability to tailor training programs to different learning styles and audience needs.
    • Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced degree or professional certifications in sales training or adult education.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The L&D Trainer is a full-time, exempt position working on-site in Oklahoma City. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid vacation and sick days, a gym membership, and childcare reimbursement. In addition to our tangible benefits, Quintessa provides our people the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment. The pay range for the role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually depending on qualifications.
