About the Role
The Learning and Development Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Quintessa Marketing. The role will take on a broad range of responsibilities including consulting, driving engagement in all L&D initiatives, program management, change management, and facilitation. Leveraging your expertise as a subject matter expert with a demonstrated track record in Learning and Development within mid-size commercial organizations, you will facilitate training and provide consultation, lead program planning and development, foster collaboration with stakeholders and employees, analyze program success through metrics, review content, oversee program execution, and offer coaching support.

Compensation and Benefits
The L&D Trainer is a full-time, exempt position working on-site in Oklahoma City. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid vacation and sick days, a gym membership, and childcare reimbursement. In addition to our tangible benefits, Quintessa provides our people the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment. The pay range for the role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually depending on qualifications.
