LearningRx Chattanooga is seeking a part-time Assistant Director of First Impressions who is passionate about changing lives, is friendly and outgoing, and has great customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Set a warm and friendly tone for the center
Greet clients and visitors
Provide support to the center director
Management and conversion of leads/prospects
Schedule and manage client appointments
Management of client files
Order and manage supplies
Support and coordination of marketing events
Passionate about the ability to change lives
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Strong time management and organization skills
Friendly and able to connect with families
Fun and teachable
Self-motivated and a team player
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and google apps
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Position Specifics:
Monday-Friday 2pm-6/7pm, plus occasional after hours, networking, and 5-10 weekend events per year.
Base pay - $16.00-$18.00/hour (based on experience), with hourly increase possible after 6 months of employment.
