Job Description: We are looking for someone to engage on our behalf online while promoting our brand. The person responsible would be required to post on various social platforms, engage with potential leads and speak with knowledge about our brand and services. They must have experience engaging on social platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well within a team, and possesses engaging writing skills. Responsibilities: - Research current social media trends, post styles including copy, creatives and hashtags. - Assist in creating our social media post plan using provided photos, videos and copy. - Collaborate with the marketing manager to create and oversee our student brand ambassador program. - Write and comment on various social media groups to promote our brand using our brand guidelines. Including student housing groups, real estate blogs and news outlets. - Research clients' competitors, industries, trends, influencers, and media targets to identify opportunities Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Strong knowledge of social media especially but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Clubhouse and TikTok - 2+ years experience working with social media, marketing or sales - Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business is preferred but not required - Independent worker that takes direction well and is a team player - Knowledge of current industry trends across all platforms - Detail-oriented approach with great time management skills - Experience working in the Real Estate field a plus This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, growing start-up.
