    • Enter and maintain all initial leases and lease renewals in Yardi Voyager with accuracy and timeliness.

    • Contact tenants to schedule lease renewal signings that are past due.

    • Make necessary payment adjustments for share changes, both retroactively and prospectively.

    • Submit lease renewals to Section 8 and housing agencies; follow up to secure timely rent increases.

    • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from tenants and subsidy agencies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (required).

    • Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with Section 8 and multiple housing subsidy programs (required).

    • Strong working knowledge of FHEPS, City FHEPS, HOME, and other NYC-area subsidy programs.

    • Knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Certificate of Occupancy/COS compliance (a plus).

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, tenants, and agencies.

    • Strong math abilities

    • Demonstrated work ethic, persistence, and reliability.

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
