We’re seeking an energetic, customer service driven, and marketing savvy Leasing Agent to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate brings strong leasing skills, exceptional customer service, and the creativity to help drive traffic to our community.

Key Responsibilities

Greet prospects warmly and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing experience

Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits

Manage leads, follow ups, and leasing activity using AppFolio

Process applications, verify qualifications, and prepare leasing documents

Support residents with renewals and service-related inquiries

Assist with renewals and resident relations

Maintain an organized, professional office environment

Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction

Work a weekly schedule of Thursday through Sunday

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required

Experience using AppFolio or similar CRM software

Sales-driven with excellent communication and closing skills

Professional, positive, and team oriented attitude

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Weekend availability required
