Responsibilities: • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Explain the requirements for potential tenants • Review the rental application process with potential tenants • Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • A proven record of sales experience and success • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems • Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission
