The Leasing Agent will market properties utilizing social media and websites and set up showings and open houses. Responsibilities: • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Explain the requirements for potential tenants • Review the rental application process with potential tenants • Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • Proven track of successful sales record • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Familiar with leasing regulations • Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems • Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission
