Leasing Consultant - Cinnamon Tree

  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and proactive leasing professional to support day-to-day leasing operations and help create a positive experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact, guide applicants through the leasing process, and contribute to occupancy goals through exceptional service, follow-up, and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet prospective residents and provide a professional, friendly touring and leasing experience.
    • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Present available homes, community amenities, pricing, and lease terms clearly and accurately.
    • Assist applicants with lease applications, screening requirements, and lease document preparation.
    • Follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process to support conversion and occupancy goals.
    • Maintain accurate records of traffic, guest cards, applications, and leasing activity.
    • Support resident retention efforts by delivering responsive service and addressing concerns professionally.
    • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and related leasing paperwork with internal teams as needed.
    • Stay informed on community offerings, market trends, and competitive properties.
    • Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related role preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
    • Comfortable using property management software, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
