Responsibilities: • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations Qualifications: • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A proven record of sales experience and success • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Proficiency in using computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with prospects and internal teams • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of property management processes and leasing procedures is a plus • Bilingual (Spanish) REQUIRED Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
