    We are currently seeking an Experienced Leasing Agent who is passionate about real estate, deeply knowledgeable about Fair Housing regulations and the San Francisco Rent Ordinance, and dedicated to delivering top-tier service to both property owners and prospective tenants. Responsibilities: • Professionally represent KeyOpp and uphold our core values in all client and tenant interactions. • Market and lease a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring accurate and compliant advertising. • Conduct property showings with professionalism and a focus on Fair Housing compliance while conveying the amenities of both the neighborhood and property. • Screen applications in accordance with Fair Housing laws. • Negotiate and prepare lease agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and legally compliant. • Provide market rent analyses and advise property owners on competitive rental rates by researching local market comparables and price trends. • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties. • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and lease transitions. • Maintain detailed records of leasing activity, applications, and communications using company systems. • Stay up to date with local rental market trends, Fair Housing regulations, and the San Francisco Rent Ordinance. • Serve as a trusted resource for prospective renters, answering questions clearly and professionally regarding rental terms, property details, and local rental policies. • Complete property inspections and identify any required maintenance needed prior to move-in. Qualifications: • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Past sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing within the San Francisco Bay Area. • In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws, the San Francisco Rent Ordinance (Required). • California Real Estate Salesperson License (Required). • Strong understanding of local rental market trends and competitive pricing strategies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a focus on fiduciary duty and client advocacy. • Proficient with Property Management Software such as Rentvine, Aptly • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Availability to work some evenings and weekends for showings as needed. • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. (Required) Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
