    OCF Realty is a leading property management firm based in Philadelphia that is committed to providing exceptional services across a diverse portfolio of residential properties. We are seeking a licensed Leasing Agent to support our leasing efforts. In this role, you will showcase our 3,000 managed properties to potential tenants while delivering top-notch customer service. If you have a proven track record in sales, prior leasing experience, and a passion for Philadelphia's neighborhoods, we’d love to hear from you. This role includes a base salary with commission earned on closed applications, along with a full benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401(k) matching. Scheduling: This position is full-time and requires a commitment to one regularly scheduled weekend day (for example, a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday schedule). As this is a commission-based position and weekends typically generate more showings, maintaining a regular schedule that includes both Saturday and Sunday is optional but can increase earning potential. Responsibilities: • Conduct tours of available apartments and homes for prospective residents • Explain rental policies, application requirements, and the screening process while addressing prospective residents’ lease-related questions before they are transferred to the applications team • Maintain a keen eye for detail during showings, reporting any unit issues to property management • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, offering personalized service • Provide administrative support to the leasing department as needed, including scheduling showings and managing email correspondence Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry and sales • Strong knowledge of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods • Bachelor’s degree required • An active real estate license is required • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (eligible for IRS mileage reimbursement) • Professional demeanor with a neat and polished appearance • Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and efficiency • Energized by interacting with and assisting people in finding their next home You will thrive in this position if you: • Are a natural communicator.
