This position supports our Leasing Team by showing our 2,000 managed properties across central Philadelphia to potential tenants. Candidates should be licensed real estate agents, on their way to obtaining their license, or have some prior experience in the real estate industry. We need someone who is a customer service expert with a proven track record in a sales environment. Lastly, we’re looking for candidates who are as passionate about Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and community as we are, and share our culture of authenticity. This position offers a salary of $50,000-$60,000 commensurate with experience, along with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on sales performance. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and 401k matching. This is a full-time, in-person position with a work schedule of Thursday through Sunday. Days off for this role are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Responsibilities: • Conduct tours of available apartments and homes for prospective residents • Explain rental policies, application requirements, and the screening process while addressing prospective resident’s lease related questions before they are transferred to the applications team • Maintain a keen eye for detail during showings, reporting any unit issues to property management • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, offering personalized service • Provide administrative support to the leasing department as needed, including scheduling showings and managing email correspondence.
