Responsibilities: • Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards • Work Order & Maintenance Coordination • Tenant & Owner Relations • Rent Collection & 3-Day notices Qualifications: • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • A proven record of sales experience and success • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor • A valid Florida Real Estate License is preferred Compensation: $40,000 annually
