The Leasing Agent will market properties utilizing social media and websites and set up showings and open houses. Responsibilities: • Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract Qualifications: • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • A proven record of sales experience and success • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
