- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless transition for our tenants.
- Assist in marketing efforts by collaborating on advertising strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Stay informed about the local rental market trends to provide insightful recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate prospective tenants’ schedules.
