We are looking for a capable Leasing Agent to lease properties to prospective renters. The goal is to present leases to prospective tenants and achieve high occupancy rates. We need proactive people-persons who are well-versed in the single-family residential property management industry. If you have a can-do attitude, then we want to talk to you! Responsibilities: • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate • Follow up with tenants who have viewed a rental to gauge interest. • Prepare leases and get them executed by tenants. • Process renewal leases for current tenants. • Assist the property manager in various tasks. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Familiar with leasing regulations • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Past sales experience is preferred • Competent and proficient with tech. Prior experience with Buildium is a plus. • Willing to work in the office full-time. Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 yearly
