Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Drives leasing performance by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy and revenue goals while promoting the PAC brand and lifestyle to prospects and residents.
• Manages all prospect interactions — calls, tours, online inquiries, and follow‑ups — using strong sales techniques to build interest and close leases.
• Oversees the full leasing process, including qualification, application processing, background checks, lease paperwork, move‑in coordination, and accurate documentation.
• Maintains property presentation standards through daily inspections of amenities, common areas, and vacant units; ensures apartments are clean, market‑ready, and available on schedule.
• Provides responsive resident service by addressing requests, resolving concerns professionally, and supporting administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, package handling, and key management.
• Monitors competitive properties, identifies revenue opportunities, and contributes suggestions to improve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
• Social media marketing experience preferred.

Expected pay range of $18.00/hour-$19.00/hour + commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job
