Summary:

Contingent on Contract Award - Support ARNG IER’s leasing operations and knowledge management for installations across all states and territories. Responsible for the full leasing process, budget advisory, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Qualify and negotiate leases, and close deals to achieve high occupancy rates.

· Inspect leased properties, schedule maintenance, and provide administrative support.

· Manage leasing files, maintain current status of real estate actions, and provide data for budget requirements.

· Advise on leasing budget and knowledge management for ARNG IER and support action officers in ETMS-2.

· Assist states and territories with Construction in Progress CIP data entry and financial reporting for MILCON SRM projects.

· Maintain organizational web pages and knowledge centers.

· Follow and integrate guidelines, local laws, and ARNG policies.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in property management or leasing.

· High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Strong understanding of real estate law, leasing practices, and budget management.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

· Experience with property management software preferred.
