Touro Property Management is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to be the face of our multi-family community. This role is key to maintaining high occupancy, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring prospective residents have a positive experience from first tour to move-in.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Experience & Tours

    Greet and engage all prospects, residents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

    Conduct property tours, tailoring presentations to highlight amenities and match prospect needs.

    Build relationships that lead to leases and long-term resident satisfaction.

    Handle resident requests, complaints, and renewals in a timely, solutions-focused manner.

    Assist with resident events that promote community engagement and retention.

    Leasing & Administration

    Drive leasing results by following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and closing leases.

    Guide prospects through application, screening, and move-in process with accuracy and transparency.

    Maintain accurate and organized records in property management software.

    Assist with rent collections, delinquencies, renewals, and lease compliance.

    Understand and communicate all community features, policies, and lease terms.

    Marketing & Outreach

    Partner with the team to promote the property through digital listings, social media, and outreach.

    Stay updated on competitor communities, market trends, and pricing strategies.

    Support marketing initiatives and referral programs to maximize exposure and traffic.

    Key Qualities:

    Passionate about customer service with a natural sales approach.

    Clear, engaging communicator and strong relationship builder.

    Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy with the ability to manage leasing records accurately.

    Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

    Working knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.

    Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Education & Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Preferred: Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

    Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus.

    Physical Requirements:

    Regular walking, standing, climbing stairs, and light lifting (1–25 lbs).

    Occasional need to lift/move heavier items (up to 75 lbs with assistance).

    Frequent use of computer systems, phones, and office equipment.

    Ability to tour exterior and interior areas of the property, including multi-story buildings.

    Schedule & Travel:

    May be scheduled for morning, or afternoon shifts during the regular workweek and on weekends.

    Occasional travel may be required for training or property support.
