We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) to join our apartment community team. If you enjoy working with people, giving apartment tours, and helping residents find their perfect home, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management.

What You’ll Do

• Tour apartment homes with prospective residents • Convert prospects into new leases and meet leasing goals • Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents • Prepare leases and coordinate move-ins • Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and amenities • Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident retention

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual – English & Spanish preferred • 2+ years of apartment leasing or multifamily experience • Experience with RealPage, OneSite, or property management software preferred • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills • Organized, professional, and motivated
