    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the leasing operations of our residential community, providing exceptional service to prospective and current residents. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet and assist prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing them with property tours and detailed information about available units.
    - Manage and respond to inquiries and requests from potential residents through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
    - Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to attract potential residents.
    - Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    - Maintain detailed knowledge of property features, floor plans, amenities, and community policies to accurately convey information to prospects and residents.
    - Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and facilitating communication with property management as needed.
    - Monitor and manage leasing activities to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
    - Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and activities to foster community engagement and satisfaction.
    - Stay informed about trends and developments in the local real estate market to offer competitive insights and advice.

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    - Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
    - Strong sales skills with a focus on personal engagement and relationship building.
    - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
