Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and conduct background checks in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, maintaining excellent communication with tenants to ensure a smooth transition.
- Address and respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are maintained and presentable at all times.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, rental rates, and competitive properties to provide accurate information to prospective tenants.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is desirable.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
