    We are seeking a polished, customer-focused professional to join our team and help create a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many people visiting our community, supporting leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and the overall success of the property.

    What You Will Do

    • Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available apartment homes and community amenities.
    • Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
    • Present property features, floor plans, pricing, lease terms, and community policies clearly and accurately.
    • Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in.
    • Prepare lease paperwork and ensure documentation is complete and organized.
    • Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and maintain strong lead management practices.
    • Support resident retention efforts by delivering excellent service and addressing questions or concerns.
    • Assist with apartment readiness, move-in coordination, and related administrative tasks.
    • Maintain accurate records in property management systems and leasing logs.
    • Work collaboratively with property management, maintenance, and other team members to support daily operations.

    • Experience with lead tracking, CRM tools, or property management software.
    • Knowledge of fair housing practices and leasing compliance standards.
