Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll guide prospective residents through the leasing process, showcase our community, and help create an outstanding living experience. Your efforts will directly support occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community features.
Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of applications.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor communities to support leasing strategies.
Help implement marketing initiatives, including online ads, social media posts, and resident events.
Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
Support the property management team in achieving leasing goals.
Keep leasing office and model units well-presented and inviting.
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
Prior experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred (not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software (specific experience a plus).
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
