The Leasing Consultant is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities: • Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs • Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts • Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Validate all personal references and rental application information Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Proven track of successful sales record • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
