    We are looking for a friendly, results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at a full-service real estate company. The Leasing Consultant is the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels. This position is responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the day-to-day operations of residential properties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents during property tours

    • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

    • Show available units and highlight community features and amenities

    • Accurately explain lease terms, pricing, and policies

    • Assist applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in

    • Process rental applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease agreements

    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor properties

    • Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates

    • Ensure model apartments and common areas are clean, staged, and ready to show

    • Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs with the property management team

    • Assist with marketing efforts, including social media posts, flyers, and resident events

    • Address resident questions or concerns professionally and promptly

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

    • 1+ year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

    • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM/leasing software)

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings

    • Professional appearance and demeanor

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with property management software.

    • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices
