About the Role
Oversee leasing operations across our multifamily and residential portfolio. Drive occupancy, manage leasing teams, and ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction while maximizing property performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals
Lead property tours and convert prospects into qualified tenants
Screen applicants through background checks, credit verification, and rental history
Coordinate with property management teams to address tenant needs
Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies
Maintain accurate records in Buildium and other management systems
Ensure Fair Housing compliance across all leasing activities
Report occupancy rates and leasing performance to leadership
